Property Management
Membership option for management companies who currently do not have communities in MFNW's chartered territory.
If at any point properties are acquired by the management company in MFNW's chartered territory, the community will need to establish membership and pay the per unit fee.
All staff of the management company are included in membership.

Industry Partner
Company membership for industry partners providing services to the Multifamily/Rental Housing Industry. All staff of company (or local branch if nationwide) are considered members and have access to member benefits.

Dues - Industry Partners can choose from two levels of membership:
Metro/Statewide/National Level - $750.00 annually
Regional Level - $250.00 annually
For Industry Partners operating in one region (ex. Bend, MWV or SWV) only. Any company operating in PDX Metro or 2 or more regions must use the Metro/Statewide/National level.
Properties
Membership option for Properties. All staff of the property are included in membership. For properties based outside of Portland Metro area, please see Regional Membership information.

Owner
Individual membership option for independent owners/managers with 50 units or less ( 51 units must sign up as Property Management). Benefits are granted solely to the membership holder.
