Seasonal Preventative Maintenance

Tis the Season for Rain.  But its also the season of being proactive and finding those areas around our properties that need to be checked and maintained in order to ensure they don't come back and surprise us later when we are really busy.  This course will make you aware of what you should be looking at, how to review those items, and what should be done if you find something out of sorts.  Each attendee will have access to a Seasonal Preventative Maintenance checklist that they can use at their properties.  We will be sure you have the knowledge to find these items around your property and understand how to prioritize them and manage them effectively and proactively.
