Membership Dues
The MFNW Board has approved a 3% annual increase for Property Management and Owner members.
Education Programs and Pricing
MFNW Programs and Classes* (All priced per person)
- Hour Classes (It's the Law, HR Brownbag, etc.): $25 (members)/ $45 (non-members)
- 2-Hour Classes: $45 (members)/$60 (non-members)
- 4-Hour Classes: $90 (members)/$120 (non-members)
*pricing may vary for classes held outside of Portland Metro area or for specific topics.
Certifications:
- Certified Pool Operator: $275 (members) ~ $375 (non-members)
Designations: Some designations have eligibility requirements in order to complete the program and receive the designation. Please be sure to consult with the MFNW Education Department if you have questions about your eligibility.
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM):
- $1000 (member)/$1250 (non-member)
- Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS):
- Contact MFNW for information.
- Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT):
- $950 (member)/$1050 (non-member)

Reverse Trade Show
- March 11, 2020 - Location: Oregon Convention Center
- Property Management Reps: FREE
- Industry Supplier Reps: $400/pair of reps; limit two pairs
Maintenance Fair
- April 30, 2020 - Location: Oregon Convention Center
- $99 early bird (members)/$115 early bird (non-members)
- $109 regular (members)/ $125 regular (non-members)
- Exhibitor Booth: $550 (members)/$700 (non-members)
ACE Awards
- Members Only
- May 6, 2020 - Location: Marriott Downtown
- Nominations: $70 per nomination - Due March 2020
- Ceremony: $125 per seat/$750 table of 8/$950 table of 10
Salem Charity Putt-Putt Tournament
- June 2020 - Location: Best Little Roadhouse
- Golfers: $40 per person or $120 per foursome
- Hole Sponsorship: $250 per hole/$350 per alcohol hole (2 available)
- Raffle prizes are encouraged.
- Note: Only players and sponsors are permitted to attend.
Portland Charity Golf Tournament
- July 7, 2020 - Location: Langdon Farms Golf Club
- Foursomes: range from $700-$3000 (including hole sponsorship)
- Hole Sponsorship: $1000 per hole/$1500 per alcohol hole (4 available)
- $100-value raffle prizes are required for sponsors.
- Note: Only players and sponsors are permitted to attend.
Eugene Charity Golf Tournament
- August 20, 2020 - Location: Emerald Valley Golf Course
- Golfers: $150 per person or $500 for foursome
- Hole Sponsorship: $250 per hole
- Note: Only players and sponsors are permitted to attend.
