Our commitment to you:
Housing Connector provides these assurances to each property per unit: $5,000 of risk/damage mitigation funding (on top of dollars Oregon already offers), 3-months of emergency rental assistance, free referrals and Housing Connector Zillow listings, and 2-years of housing stability support for residents which includes conflict intervention and mediation services. There is no cost to you to implement our trusted housing solution.
Your commitment to us:
In exchange for our assurances, we ask that you negotiate with our team to reduce your screening criteria for housing acceptance in 7 categories: resident rental history, rent-to-income-ratio, rental/housing debt, evictions, credit score and history, legal system history, and acceptance of housing vouchers. In addition, we ask that you notify Housing Connector of any resident-related issues once they are housed: lease violations, unpaid rent, official notices, and that you offer mutual-lease terminations working in tandem with our conflict intervention services team prior to filing legal evictions.
