#MFNWCares week continues focusing on Shared Hope International!
Shared Hope International strives to prevent the conditions that foster sex trafficking, restore victims of sex slavery, and bring justice to vulnerable women and children. We envision a world passionately opposed to sex trafficking and a community committed to restoring survivors to lives of purpose, value and choice – one life at a time.
Through training, awareness, and collaboration, they seek to inspire creative prevention strategies. Their strategic guidance and funding help local organizations expand shelters, services for survivors and policy solutions to combat injustice and protect victims.
The survivors served by Shared Hope have extraordinary needs right now, their safety and stability are threatened by the COVID-19 storm. Emergency funds have been allocated to Terry’s House, to ensure the case manager's salary for the next 3 months, to extend stability to survivors housed there. They are extremely vulnerable right now. Please consider supporting their efforts!

With the COVID-19 pandemic closing offices and cancelling events, it brings new challenges to Oregon's critical nonprofit services infrastructure. As Multifamily NW's annual charity events have been forced to pivot from tradition this year, we wanted to highlight, make some noise and raise donations for our charity partners! Beginning Monday, May 18th, all week we're showcasing a different partner charity! #MFNWCares
