The Spring 2023 Apartment Report debuted Thursday, April 6th at the Spring 2023 Apartment Report Luncheon at the Oregon Convention Center! For nearly 20 years, the Apartment Report offers the most up-to-date rent and vacancy data for our market. For the Spring 2023 Report, the numbers are accompanied by three articles covering analysis of the data, an economic forecast, and assessments of market fundamentals.
